OscarL 668a0cf78f pyopengl: drop outdated and unused recipe. (#11941) 
This was broken before 8dec539418, and never
referenced on-tree since then (`git log --since=2020-03 -S pyopengl`
gives nothing except that commit).

Users should try to `pip install` this, if they need it.
