Jerome Duval 918196ab01 libopenshot: add recipe for version 0.1.1 
* our gcc doesn't have openmp ATM, so the patch disables
most of it.
* unit tests are disabled, lack of dev-libs/unittest++.
* hardcoded search directory for libopenshot-audio headers.
