fbrosson 0686e80dac libgcrypt: bump to 1.7.3, fix REQUIRES_devel, add TEST. (#771) 
* Add lib:libgpg_error to REQUIRES_devel, as cmd:mpicalc needs it.
* Drop documentation on secondary architectures.
* Add TEST() with "make check".
