OscarL a79b894a0b pypeg2: cleanups, support Python 3.10. (#9463)
Nothing uses this old package (no new releases since 2015) on-tree.
We might want to just drop this one next time (users will be able to
use it via `pip install` if they miss it).

SUMMARY="An intrinsic PEG Parser-Interpreter for Python"
DESCRIPTION="Python is a nice scripting language. It even gives you access to \
its own parser and compiler. It also gives you access to different other \
parsers for special purposes like XML and string templates.
But sometimes you may want to have your own parser. This is whats pyPEG for. \
And pyPEG supports Unicode."
