text: This is by far the rarest tele-ball system. I only came across 3 speciments of which 2 were strangely found in Italy hence all other tele-ball systems were sold in Germany. If any one of you has a box for this system please contact me over my website :-)

MBO, a popular German electronics manufacturer, produced a large serie of pong systems named "tele-ball" with numbers ranging from 1 to 9 (or more ?). Though they had some cosmetic differences, all these systems were very close to each other in terms of functionality.
The **Tele-Ball IX** plays 10 games in color : target 1, target 2, basket 1, basket 2, gridball, squash 1, squash 2, football, tennis and ice hockey. It seems to be the most complete pong of the Tele-Ball systems, thanks to its (popular) AY-3-8600 General Instruments chipset.
