The program emulates the HD61700 microprocessor and uses the ROM dump from the original calculator, therefore it should function almost exactly like the real one. |

Hi, I bought my PB 1000 in 1986 and used it at school and later in the job. It was and is still an awful calculater/computer. It was the first one I owned. I''m still owning it. And sometimes I use it. |

Hi I am a process engineer, during university studies I had a pb 200 and then axpb 1000. I wrote many incredible calculation codes and I suppose I surclassed all owners of hp48. The pb 1000 was really well built and optimized after the experience of the previous casio pocket pc., I really loved it |

I really liked my PB-1000. I loved to make programs on the calculators. And the PB-1000 was the only one that you could program in assembly. I bought it in them middle of the 80''s and have it still with the disk drive MD-100. And still working!\
One of the best calculators ever made! :) |

I really fell in love with my PB-1000. Bought it some time in the early 80''s. Used it all the time in university. Wrote countless programs on it for different purposes all the way from mathematics, physics, engineering and digital communications, to games, word processing and graphics. Still works! |

This was my first real Computer acquired at high school in 1989- 1995. served Extremelly well during university. Learned numerical methods with it, did Vectors and matrix programs that only can be done using a PC at its time. Still keep it but in a storage overseas. |

Bought one ca. 1987, used it through 1992. Helped me get through University, used it to solve fifth degree equations, generate tables, solve defined integrals, as a notepad, icebreaker with girls and after finishing formal schooling as an alarm clock. Died on me the day I graduated as a MSC. I''ve had a good 20 or so computers, handhelds, iPads, etc. since 1981, this has been the most admired and most useful machine I''ve ever possessed! |

Had one of these in the UK. Printer and Disk Drive Unit. Used to cart it round in jacket pocket on construction site. Log instructions and comments as simple notes. Interface to PC was written via cable. Then used PC to produce the letters from the notes.
Designed multi-storey buildings with 2D frame programme on the machine.
Used to do little coloured ghant charts for construction programs for segments of work to allow people on site to follow.
Touch screen for input.
Years and years ahead of IPad. It just didn''t have the phone and colour graphics on screen. Could print four colours with the little pens. Fantastic bit of kit well ahead of its time.
Was always amused it was Japanese but assembly and basic language where English.
Lasted for years.
Cheers |

Titis, they meant to send it through the mail. Not actually having you, and the machine travel there. Just send it to a specialty shop in Japan, and have it sent back. Simple |
