a03eece664 Fix APlayer bep information. 
In the current state, you need gcc4. I'll try to fix that on APlayer side (needs patching on an external svn dependency).

Caya and the add-ons can now be built and used on gcc2.

41ac5ce752 Fixed cmake-2.8.10.2 so that it puts cmake.m4 in proper place.

14f1800c0a Fix wrong buffer size computation for SDL audio. This led to borked sound in some 
applications, and wrong timings in others.
