Cleanup fluidsynth recipe and patches
...
- merge both patches and add proper history
- run autogen.sh to avoid hardcoding stuff
- add a configure case for haiku although it doesn't seem
to have any effect
- still run libtoolize -fci just in case.

Add newlib for arm_none_eabi
...
* Add sysroot support to the binutils
* Add a "nolibc" version of gcc, used only to build the newlib
* Add newlib recipe
* Fix "main" gcc recipe to depend on the built newlib and set the
sysroot and default include search path properly.
This recipe set can now be derived to build bare-metal cross compilers for
any other CPU supported by gcc, binutils and newlib.

Early work on Synergy.
...
* Make Haiku a recognized platform.
* Build fails early for an unknown reason (compiler prints some warnings
and stops)
* Not sure wether this can be built with gcc4 (secondary compiler), as
it would need to work as an input_server add-on...
* Synergy homepage does advertise gcc2.95.3 as the minimal required
version, but that may be out of date.
