746aa5ad4b replaced all vulkan specific use of nullptr with VK_NULL_HANDLE. (#6278) 
this #define makes a distinction between 64bit and 32bit.
this should now compile on 32bit.

4f180bdb94 Utilize the new "all" ARCHITECTURES keyword in most recipes. (#6189) 
x86_64 is used as a baseline: the "x86_64" entry, whatever status it has,
is transformed into "all", and then the other entries in ARCHITECTURES
either dropped or rearranged appropriately.
